In our work, we put great focus on one thing - the welfare and education of your child. In order to properly encourage your child's personal and academic development, our professional care givers follow a unique approach that combines academic excellence with a free-spirited and playful atmosphere for learning and development.
We believe that professionally trained, long term caregivers are the key to a quality, consistent program. Childcare providers at Little Leaders Inc. are involved in ongoing training to raise their personal levels of certification and to stay abreast of emerging best practices through workshops and conferences.
All staff members have provided current criminal record checks and vulnerable sector searches.
Our staff are certified in Standard CPR and First Aid Training, with an AED. We are also staffed with and on sit Emergency Responder. All of our staff have experience dealing with children, and watching how they grow. Figuring out new techniques of dealing with things to make sure no one child feels out of place, and can take the most from the program as they can. These ideas are passed on to your child in playful and group excercises.

- Class 2 Driver's License for transportation during field trips, Little Leaders Shuttle Service
