Philosophy

Little Leaders Inc. - Before and After School Care believes that all children who attended our program are entitled to a safe supportive environment where all domains of their development will be nurtured and met. We endeavour to provide children from all economic, cultural and social backgrounds access to our program with minimal barriers to participation. Children will be provided with new experiences and a place where they can build positive relationships with their peers. Children will be monitored by staff and provided with opportunities for leadership, personal growth, and empowerment. It is understood that Little Leaders Inc., will interact with families of children we serve. Encourage youth interaction from our community High Schools, through a work experience program.
